That looks like my kind of nature walk in the first photo Michael. The weather has been miserable everywhere this year … even before Hurricane Helene. We had three weeks of no rain, then a few days of torrential rain – it is like the weather has no rhyme or reason to it at all. Theo is enjoying his dog paddle though, so water is A-okay with him and no wonder he conked out on that pillow or maybe the great walks you take him on. I would like that fish sandwich (and the spare filet on top) and fries please. The stained windows in the church are exquisite. Our leaves are starting to fall here too, but due to September’s drought, we may not get the vibrant colors this Fall. Guess I can’t complain about that with all the weather devastation around.

We’ve had a couple of days of really bad rain, but on the whole, the month has been lovely for being out in the woods with the dog.
The stained glass window is actually the dentist.Would you believe.
Hopefully, the weather will stay fairly mild for a little longer. Before the misery of the dark winter sets in 🙂
