I love owls – I bought a state park pass to visit some of the larger parks around Southeast Michigan where they have owls and deer and more wildlife than I see locally, and it’s rained every weekend and over the long holiday it was in the 90s, so I’ve not been out to explore at all.
They are beautiful. A woman walker I follow goes on a trail that takes her into the woods. An old tree has a hollowed-out area and she had three baby owlets. They were so sweet. They are grown now and moved on, but they were delightful to watch them in the hole.

Yes there is definitely so much to see how you are and sometimes it’s easy to miss if you don’t make the effort to get out

love that owl. read the bit of the rescue and middle of town so it explained why it was unperturbed by the denim clad stranger behind it.
