So my question for physical inperfection now includes exercise. I hate it. So much. Want to know how much ? Take a listen. Be warned…its really inappropriate and you wouldn’t want your kids listening to it. Unless they’re Jerry Falwell Junior. He would be cool with it I’m sure.
Mostly just ten minutes of me sweating and sweating and making sexual references about exercise machines ..

I’ve been working out for years and it’s still terrible every time. Also, calories vs exercise as an argument for the existence of god… actually makes a lot of sense… 🤔

I will say, I’d rather lift weights than do cardio…cardio always feels like some kind of weird medieval punishment that people keep trying to pawn off as a hobby…like, “No, it’s great…once the blood stops coming out and the pain goes away you really do feel fantastic…”

On the bright side Micheal – even though everything hurts, you’ll not feel guilty munching on some of those pink-frosted donuts like you used to use images of on your diet posts. Sneakers are better as sandals will get caught in the exercise equipment …keep going and reward yourself mightily for the money spent and the effort expended as the sweat droplets flew as you worked your arse off.

Even though after exercising for a long time I still feel I am not used to it, but yes exercising is really important. I too have a post on this topic
